In Hamilton Montana, District Court Judge Jennifer Lint recently charged a local citizen Ann Evans with contempt of court. Ann was called to serve fellow citizens as a juror in a district court case. Judge Lint decided that legislating from the bench is a practice that is accepted by the judicial branch of Montana. Even though Ann Evans was never selected or even entered the courtroom the judge ignored the constitution demanding that Ann put on a mask.

On the day of the hearing, citizens gathered in front of Ravalli County Courthouse in protest. After showing patriotism and a short explanation of freedom and liberty the group gathered around to burn masks as a gesture of civil disobedience for Judge Lint.
