“Hi. Thank you for your time in reading this. My name is John Stokes. I’m 69 and my wife of 47 years, is 68. She has severe COPD. She’s taken a turn for the worse lately
I live in Bigfork, Montana. 21 years ago I bought KGEZ 600 AM in Kalispell, Montana. I converted it to a Conservative, Christian Talk radio station. I was the only conservative media in the state.

My antennas sat on the largest undeveloped parcel of land in town. 160 acres. Many coveted it. The state and others immediately started suing me to take me off the air and take my station. It was constant. Eventually, these criminals made up a slander claim and a corrupt Judge awarded them $3.8 million! I appealed to Mt. Supreme Court. Pending the appeal, they began to levy and stole the employee’s payroll and all bank accounts.

I filed for Bankruptcy protection stay collection so that I could pursue the appeal. It would never stand. If I had committed slander, the penalty is 3% of my net worth. Unknown to me, the US Trustee hated me. All my bills were current and had tremendous equity. He converted me to Chapter 7 within two weeks! Little did I know the criminals who had the $3.8 million judgment were Bankruptcy Court employees.

On September 24, 2009, 30 SWAT deputies stormed my station and seized it at gunpoint. They attempted to murder that day too, fortunately, avoided that. They took everything I owned down to my fishing gear. Trustee specifically wanted to put me in prison and make me homeless to boot. He lost on prison attempts but still wanted our home and 80 acres. The property was turned over to the Court for liquidation free and clear.

My attorneys figured out a way for us to keep it and the Trustee sold it to my wife free and clear of all liens. Two years later a criminal mortgage company records a lien on our house for $250,000 and begins foreclosure. Another company claimed I owe them $721,000 on adjacent 60 acres. I have been in court with these crooks since 2014. All documents are forged. The local courts are corrupt and extreme leftist.

They refuse to prosecute these criminals. They conducted a secret Trustee Sale on our home and now trying to evict us. The court also allowed the company to foreclose on the remaining 60 acres. A sheriff’s sale is scheduled any day now. I can’t stop it. I will be happy to send all pleadings and proof of fraud to anyone via e-mail request… Not hopeful.

What I need the most is YOUR PRAYERS FOR MY WIFE AND HER LITTLE DOG. Our only option is to move into our 36-year-old motorhome. It needs lots of work to become livable on the road.I am embarrassed to ask for help. I have no savings and now live on $1,100 SS. Can’t even afford to rent another house. So it’s the old RV. We have no money to hire a moving and storage company and Sheriff will move our belongings to the street.

I do not intend to be a helpless homeless street loser. I intend to go to every campground, In Montana and inform people, Montana campgrounds attract Americans from all parts. We have a Voice and there are people fighting for our Country besides You and me. I intend to hang a large screen TV on the side of my RV and play and share “The War Room” every morning and evening and invite the campers over for coffee. Starting at 2:00 PM, I’ll broadcast John Fredricks Show.

The swamp is not just in DC or New York, The liberal Marxist will destroy anyone who stands up for the constitution, Christ and American. I know. Last week they burned my radio station down.

If they can do it to me, they can do it to you.
