{"id":290,"date":"2020-09-05T03:42:28","date_gmt":"2020-09-05T03:42:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conservativenewsfrommontana.news\/?p=290"},"modified":"2020-09-05T03:42:35","modified_gmt":"2020-09-05T03:42:35","slug":"property-rights-under-attack-in-helena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conservativenewsfrommontana.news\/index.php\/2020\/09\/05\/property-rights-under-attack-in-helena\/","title":{"rendered":"Property Rights Under Attack In Helena"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Helena \u2013 On August 4, the Consolidated City and County Planning Board  recommended approval of the 2020 Draft Part-2 County-Initiated Zoning map and regulations for the Helena Valley Planning Area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to recognize the foundation of Freedom is the Ownership of Private Property.  Many of the citizens in the valley that we talked to have stated great concern over the proposed zoning.  Lost ability to enjoy and use their property will make living in the area difficult and, according to some, unbearable.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposed zoning project will be heard by the Lewis and Clark Board of County Commissioners through 4 public meetings at the Great Northern Hotel Conference Center.  Sept. 22, 2020 9 a.m. until 4 p.m&#8230;September 23, 2020 5:30p.m-9:00p.m&#8230;September 28, 2020 1:00p.m-4:30p.m&#8230;and October 6, 2020 9:00a.m.-3:00p.m.   The public may also participate via Zoom: <a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/j\/5669454978\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/zoom.us\/j\/5669454978<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Citizens interested in the details will need to take time to attend at least one of the meetings so they have a voice on the matter.
